international calls and PRI

We just changed a customer from one service provider to another provider and now their international calls do not go through. They use dt24+ and the pri is setup for NI-2 protcol. The service provider is saying that we are sending 011 twice. Has anyone heard of this.

I have not heard of sending the 011 twice. I have seen case where the telco wants us to set the plan to isdn and the type to international and then not send the 011. How are we setting the plan and type now. You may want to try setting it to unknown and unknown and see if that works.
