International Dial Plan Design

Hi, Does anyone know of any articles/books or sites that would help in designing an international dial plan for a global company......ie. a call manager cluster in uk. With offices in each european country. Each country has many offices. Thanks and Regards. Dominic

During your design meetings please pay special attention to emergency call routing (911, 112, 999, etc.) in different countries and geographic areas.
