International Onnet to offnet in US dialing....

This is slightly complicated, but possibly someone has the link for this or answer..

If I have a site in Singapore, and they dial a site code to my site in the US, my CallManager gives them dial tone to dial out as a local call. Is this legal or illegal based upon international accetable use for telecommunications.... yes.. it sounds like toll fraud... but is this a standard or common setup when use international sites and IP-PBXs?

Thanks

If singapore has a restriction on toll bypass across the border or with in the country, then you are not supposed to do this. You will have go by the local telcom rules in Singapore.
