international reset

We are using redundant CallManagers with 7960s and a 2600 for our voice gateway. The problem, if we dial an international number the CallManager resets. Whats up?

You probably will need to resolve this through the Cisco TAC. Please open a case at http://www.cisco.com/kobayashi/support/case_open.shtml or call 800-553-2447 or send email to tac@cisco.com.

In addition, please be ready to provide details of your implementation, and be prepared to send CCM trace files of the failure. Details on getting these traces can be found at http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/788/AVVID/cm_trace.html
