Internet voicemail gateway

There's not much to know about installing the IVC... I believe the System Administration guide networking chapter talks a little about it, but I don't have it in front of me. You just need to install it on the Exchange server in the site that has the IMC installed on it (i.e. the SMTP gateway server). Once it's installed, there's nothing to configure... it's an on/off kinda thing.

The System Admin guide talks about how to use the extension address utility and do blind addressing etc... which require the IVC to be installed and in place.
