Re: Interoperability b/w Cisco Call Manager & Avayya IP 600?
I think almost all Avaya VoIP products support H.323 v2.But some special voice terminal feautre (like around call center ,Qsig etc) depends on Avaya original protocol.Thinking interoperavility Avaya IP 600 and Cisco Call manager ,maybe some basic call function like make call, answer call only,I think.
To try Avaya IP 600,get manual of Definity G3 & IP600 is first step.(CD-ROM ,including G3 VoIP feature ,Call Center feature, and IP 600 is available. You can get this form Avaya or Avaya distributor.) Someone who know Lucent MAX and Avaya Definity G3 must attend this interoperavility test,I think.
(And please teach me your interoperabilty test results)
