Is it possible for a caller to stop the record process and initiate a call transfer.<br>I am working with a customer that requires the ability to press "0" ANYTIME so the caller can be transfered to the main switch board. I have no problem making this happen before the recording starts, but cannot find how to allow input during the recording of the caller.<br>This feature works currently on their Meridian system (Meridian mail).<br><br>
