Interview handler

How can I disable interview handler if operator is not available? Because our customer they don't want the user hear" please leave general message...and answer following question"<br><br>

You don't disable the interview handler... you dictate where calls go when the openeing greeting process calls. By default during the day it'll play the day greeting and then send you to the operator call handler. After hours it'll play the after hours greeting and then send you to the example interview handler. Adjust your after hours "after greeting" action to do whatever you want (hang up, take message, go to another handler etc...).
