Ios Gateway with isdn inactive

Hi,I have a 2801 Ios Gateway with 2 Bri Voice connected at remote Callmanager.

Sometimes i cannot make a call but after cli command isdn test call interface bri x/x/x 348xxxxx isdn going up e i can make calls.

I have the same problem with Callmanager in Srst state.

Could you please help me?

can you please paste your configs? I want to find out if you are using MGCP or H323.. Then,. also send a show ver and show isdn status when the problem occurs.. if possible, a debug isdn q931 will help..
