Looks like the gateway is not registering to call manager for MGCP.
Can the gateway ping the Call Manager server at 192.168.0.73? and vice versa?
Does the call manager have a gateway with a MGCP domain name of "GW" listed? The domain name on the router/gateway and that configured in CCM must match.
Any event log errors on the call manager server? You may have device unregistered and/or transient connection attempts. If the device name is @GW then that usually indicates the gateway isn't configured in call manager or domain in ccm doesn't match what router/gateway is sending.
You don't have any firewalls/ACLs blocking MGCP traffic between this gateway and CCM?
