IP 7960 CheckContact

I try to connect a Cisco 7960 SIP Phone to a Vegastream PSTN Gateway. I am able to make a call to a phone in the PSTN but after i answer the call the cisco phone immediatly drops the line and sends a BYE message to the Vegastream. I looked at the SIP-Messages and found a Error Message "error on sipSPICheckContact" from the cisco 7960 and after that it sends the bye message.

What does this error message mean and how can i solve this problem?

I've seen a few bugs on this issue. Have you checked the bug tool kit?
