IP address problem wih ICD

OK I did a dumb thing. when I installed ICD initially I specified ip 10.235.0.7 but I decided later to used ip address 10.235.0.4. So I changed the ip address and the engine parameters. All the ports come up happy and working. I can call my app and it works.

My problem is this. When I attempt to install agent desktop via the install manager I get an error saying Process error 10.235.0.7 yada yada yada. I looked through some of the config files under the desktop_config directory and saw where my old address was specified and changed them. I also changed the old ip address where it was referenced in the registry. still getting the same error.

Can anyone tell me a way to get the ip address change to work?

Thanks

Did you go into the TSP settings in Control Panel Modems? If not it may be defaulting to the install settings. Go into Control Panel > modems > advanced tab> and properties of all the TSP ports you have and make sure you have the correct CTI manager chosen.
