IP Communicator can not register to subscriber but register to publisher

I have one publisher ,two subcribers.The ccm_group contains two subcribers .I enabled the publisher as TFTP server .I found several phones include IP Communicator registered to publisher ,I can not register the phones to subscriber . Would you please help me to find way out ? Thanks in advance.

Have you tried hardcoding the ip address of the Subscriber directly on the phone, you will need change the DHCP Enabled to NO.

I can change the tftp address to publisher ,but how can we manually change the callmanager address on the phone? The callmanager address which phone registered to should be got automatic,right ?

The IP address of CCM is get automatically via configuration file.

Under CCMAdmin|System|Server

Make sure the server name is change to the IP address.

After that restart TFTP service. (in the current TFTP) and try again.

BTW, do you have other phones register with the SUB.?

If the answer is yes, you may post the sniffer trace when the phone is booting up.

(includes first the SUB then PUB)
