Until this morning I had IPC installed and working on this laptop without problems, but due to other issues with the laptop I reformatted the drive and started over. I am currently running Windows XP SP2. Once I get IPC installed and try to make a call I hear a lot of static, and when I have placed calls there was a long delay and the voice was very slow. I am connected to the same switch, switch port, and network cable as before the reinstall.
I'm thinking it is something with the way the NIC is configured. It's a Broadcom 440x integrated card. I tried a different switch port and different network cable, but that didn't help either.
