I think you may be running into bug CSCsd69887. You may want to roll back to VPN Client 4.0.5.D or use 3DES encryptionb.

Hi,
I downgraded my VPN Client to 4.0.5D it is still the same, I am not receiving any RTP packets.
Here is my CME Remote IPsec VPN Config
crypto ipsec transform-set ESP-3DES-SHA1 esp-3des esp-sha-hmac
!
crypto dynamic-map SDM_DYNMAP_1 1
set security-association idle-time 1800
set transform-set ESP-3DES-SHA1
reverse-route
qos pre-classify
!
crypto map SDM_CMAP_1 65535 ipsec-isakmp dynamic SDM_DYNMAP_1
Anything preventing the IP Communicator to receive any RTP packets?

I have the same issue, I can make calls but not receive calls, I was told by TAC that you need to have a fixup protocol for MGCP on my pix, well im running v6.1 and I would have to upgrade to 6.3 or 7 So when I upgrade I hope it fixes the issue

Also...
You need to make sure that the packets are being routed properly. I think ther eis a deubgg ikcmp or whatever as well.
