We have TAPS installed in our environment. When the user logs onto IP Communicator we are seeing multiple MAC addresses that are automatically registering. One of the MAC addresses that registers isn't one of the physical mac address. (I.e, we did a ipconfig /all and didn't see the physically or wireless mac address on the CallManager). The user is coming in through DSL. Is CCM getting the MAC address from the user's external DSL router or maybe our internal VPN concentrator? I'm trying to understand where this additional MAC is coming from.
