IP communicator time is different from the 7941

hi,our ip communicator is reflecting a time different from the physical phone set. How to change this?

Check to see if the device pool is same or not. Usually devices get the time from "Date/Time Group" which is defined and is a part of device pool.

Hello,

IP Communicator is using your computer clock while physical phone set is using your CM clock. If you want to have same clock between them, try to build an NTP server which all PCs and Servers synchronize their time to.
