I am running CM 3.0.10. I am having problems with IP ICD. Sometimes I can log in and sometimes I can't. When I look to CCO for info I get that it is a misconfiguration of the CM or JTAPI. All the Subsystems are "In Service".
When I am able to log in and "go available" for an agent, I can call in and get the greeting and get passed onto the agent that is logged in. But, when I answer the call there is no audio in either direction. Is there any known bugs/patches for this software? Is there compatability issues with 3.0.10?
