IP-IVR and IP-QM on a single CRS-server

Hi,

In a lab environment, I've installed an IPCC (ICM 4.6, CCM 3.2, CRS 3.0). CCM and CRS are both installed on the same MCS 7835. I've 5 IP-IVR and 12 IP-QM licenses.

I expected to get 5 IVR ports and 12 QM ports. However, all I get is 5 IVR ports. CRS is deactivating all QM ports!

Is there anybody who can explain that?

Hi ,

if you have a seperate license for CRA and IP QM , at any point of time any one will be active. The software which is installed latest will over write the previeous installation

Indeed I have two separate licenses: One for IP-QM and antoher one for IP-IVR.

In order to avoid further "stupid" question from myself, I have one more question: Within what Cisco Doc. did you find your information?

I have faced the same problem in site , then i have installed on two diffrent servers.
