it needs the encore ccm so when that is released then the ivr will be as well

If you need just the Auto Attendant functionality, this is already freely available in the Software Center as a 4 port solution. Requires Cisco CallManager 3.0(5a) or greater. If you need the full-blown IP IVR product where you can create your own scripts, it should be orderable on Marketplace shortly.

IP IVR 2.0(1b) is orderable now.

The product is available as an integrated one with CCM 3.0.6.
