IP/PABX: 7-second delay in call teardown CCM 3.2(2c)

Hi!

We have CCM 3.2(2c) with H.323 gateway to PABX (E1 via 2621 router).

We can make calls either way OK, but when we clear the call from the IP phone (i.e. the IP phone hangs up first) there is a 7-second delay before the PABX clears the call down.

If the PABX phone clears the call, there is no delay in the call clearing on the IP phone.

Looking at Q931 traces on the router, the delay is apparent there too, i.e. it seems to be CCM that's causing the delay.

We then rebuilt CCM on rev. 3.1(3a) and the problem went away.

Upgraded SQL and the problem was still not there.

Upgraded CCM to 3.2(2c) and the problem has come back!

Has anyone got any ideas as to a fix for this?

My search on bug tool kit does not yield any result for this problem. May be this is a new that you are observing.
