IP Phone 7905

For anyone who has used the latest entry model 7905 of Cisco's line of ip phones, would you recommend it over 7910?

thanks!

Yes, they are economical if there purpose is to serve as just lobby phones. It does not have some of the features of 7910 like On-hook dialing and SWitch port, etc., I am also not sure of SRST support on 7905.

Re: IP Phone 7905

I just came across the nice comparison document on various IP phones.

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/phones/ps379/products_qanda_item09186a00801739d1.shtml

I take back my word on the "On-hook dialing". It seems there is support for this on 7905 as well. The other key differences i see in this table are H323 support, Dynamic softkeys support and Pixel Display in 7905 which are absent in 7910. So Decide it yourself.
