IP Phone 7912 and the second Call

When a second call comes the current call voice stops. Any ideas?

Ring on second call is activated globally

CCM: 3.3(3)sr2

IP Phone Load: cmterm-7912g-sccp.3-3-7.exe

Sorry, only one line because it is a 7912 Ip phone. Bug apply when there is a multiple call Ip Phone.
