IP Phone 7960 Messages Button

We are running CM 3.0.7 and UOne 4.1E. Does anyone know the setting in CM to allow the Messages Button to work???

To enable the messages button, you need to go to service parameters in the ccm admin page, under the configured services window, click on Cisco CallManager, then scroll down to the VoiceMail parameter and in the value field enter the Uone access number,

I think i tried that back in version 3.02 and it didnt work....but it does now. Thanks so much!!!!

Also look under System Parameters - Cisco Messaging Interface - VoicemailDN and make sure you have the lead number to your voice mail entered there.
