IP Phone 7960 troubleshooting

Hi,

I have a serious problem with certin IP Phone 7960 like :

- Take a long time to restart or setup.

- Loose some functionality.

...and so on

Can we upgrade the image software of these IP Phone.

Are u using CCM? If so, just go to Callmanager admin page -> System -> device default and change the new 7960 load you want to use.

the load should be download from CCO and store in the TFTP directory of callmanager.

default location is C:\Program Files\Cisco\TFTPath

hi,

Yes, i have CCM with 3.2 SPG version.

Could you please tell which image and URL can i use to resole my problem ??

Is it the only solution to resolve these problems ?
