IP Phone 7970 and CME 3.3 locale problem

Hi, i'm installing a small cme3.3 system as a demo on my lab, but i've some problems whit the 7970 ip phone. I'm using 4 7960 phone in italian locale config, and these works fine, but the 7970 phone give me an "Error Updating Locale" error.

I have upload all the firmware files needed to the callmanager's router and configure the tftp server to send it to the phone.

What i can check?

This is the expected behavior because the Cisco 7970 IP phone is not supported by Cisco CallManager 3.3(4). A relevant patch must be installed before the Cisco CallManager is prepared to operate with these high-end phones.

This issue is tracked in Cisco bug ID CSCee28642. The fix is to install 3.3(4)es03 or later. Alternatively, you can install 3.3 Devpack 34.2 or later.
