IP Phone Address Book Synchronizer TABSync Error

When trying to synchronise an Outlook Express address book using the Cisco IP Phone Address Book Synchroniser, it successfully does the first 447 entries (out of 562 total) and then fails giving the following error:

Cisco TABSync - Error

Failed to search LDAP server:

DN=ou=PersonalAddressBook,ou=ra_info,ou=user_info,ou=CCN,o=cisco.com[15087]:Unknown error

Has anyone seen this before...can anyone help?

Hi,

I have seen this before but unfortunately I do not know how to solve it. I still have the problem. However, mine is much worse as it does not even recognise the username and password so the sync process can't even start. I was just about to post a message on the forum.

What kind of setup do you have? Is it necessary for CCM to be integrated into AD?

To clarify, our setup is CallManager 3.3(3)sr1, Non AD intergrated.
