IP Phone Address Book Synchronizer (User can't be validated)

Hi group,

I use Address book synchronizer to syn my outlook address into the CCM 3.3.3. But it is failed with error messages:

Indeed, I made sure the username and password are correct with the CCM users' database. Any idea on troubleshoot this isse. Highly appreciated for your input!

There could be 2 reasons for this:

1. The error occurs when the addresses are not stored locally. This is explained in the bug CSCdz35343. The workaround for this is : You need to copy all the addresses from the Exchange server to you local server in Windows Address book and then sycnhronise the IP PAB.

2. Other reason could be due to the hostname resolution problem. Add the CCM server entry in the lmhosts file as the TABSync looksup the lmhosts file .
