Hello,
I have few IP phone agents in an IPCC environment and a desktop supervisor agent.When the agents are logged in and are on calls I cannot see any statistics on the supervisor desktop.The only things I can see are agent ready,not ready ,work mode etc.If they are on call I cannot see what is the avg time etc.Is this a limitation of IP phone agent ?

I'm pretty sure the supervisor needs to be running the agent desktop also to see statistics for phone agents.

Supervisor is running the agent Desktop.
But I remember reding in ICD document that the supervisor cannot see the statistics for the IP Phone agnets. is it true.

Yes, it is true. I am having a problem in which the Desktop Supervisor cannot see the agents at all. Anyone have an idea?
