I'm running IPCC Express 3.1(1) and CCM 3.3.3, with IP Phone Agents. Does anydody know how to get Enterprise Data to appear on the IP Phones ? I can get it to appear on Desktop Agents OK. The IP Phone Agents are working OK in all other respects.

This may be a problem where the agent's device is not associated with the Telecaster user. Take a look at the following install document which covers this configuration on page 2-13:
