IP Phone Agent Login Problem

While logging from the phone getting an error Invalid Entry. CRS 3.0(2) CCM 3.2(2c) SPF

Did you by any chance change the IP address of the CRS server. IF so, then you could be facing the know problem CSCdy82034. Check the bug ID in the bug tool kit on www.cisco.com for the solution . Re-installing the CRS server will help the problem to be solved in this case.

If this is not the case then, it could be due to user profiles.

Do the following to resolve it:

1.Creating the user and assign the devices on Callmanager.

2. Go to the CSQ Resource menu,

3. Do a show resource and update.

At this moment the user may not be able to log in at first (user not found),

4. Reboot the server.

5. Now log in to the IP Phone agent using the same username and password.

With this you should be able to successfully login to the IP phone agent.
