IP Phone Agent - Logs out automatically

I have a customer reporting that the IP Phone agent is logging out after appx. 24 hours. Being a 24x7 Call Centre, you can see how this is not good.

Has anyone experienced this? Any ideas?

Look at the agent desktop settings.

If the agent is idle for some time the agent might get loged out.

Let me know if this helps.
