IP Phone Agent / Supervisor Real Time Monitoring

Hi All,

We are running CRS 3. When using the Supervisor we are not getting any stats on the IP Phone Agents. When logged in via a Desktop Agent we get all the stats we need. Are we doing something incorrectly ?

The Desktop agent on the supervisor PC should be active and Ready for the Supervisros to see the the statics.
