When i try to login using my IP phone agent I receive the following error: IP Phone Service Error, Connection to CTI Server is down. I am able to log in using the desktop Agent. Any idea why I am getting this error and/or what I can do to correct this issue?

How is your URL setup on the call manager. Can you post the URL.
Are you using IP or DNS name in the URL.

You will need to check a couple of values in your LDAP setup by running dsbrowser. Most likely it has hostname instead of IP either for your CTI Manager or ICD server.
In DSbrowser, the path would be under:
Server Data->HOSTNAME LCC->App Data->CTI Manager List->"CTI Manager Host A" and B
Server Data->HOSTNAME LCC->App Data->Site Config->"ICD Host A"

All these entries appear with Hostnames.

Check the entry in LDAP for the Spanlink Configuration.This can be viewed with the DSBrowser tool which is in
C:\Program Files\Cisco\Desktop_Config\Util folder
The Server Data->
Is entry was set to the IP address/Host name of the Call Manager or CRS Server?

The entry is set to the IP address of the CRS Server.

Change the Hostname values to IP Address.
For CTI Manager - Give IP address of Call Manager.
For ICD Host - Give IP Address of CRA Server.

I got this to work. Thanks to everyone for your help.
