IP Phone authenticate problem.

CCM 3.1(2c)

IP Phone 7960.

when I use IP Phone buttum "services" or "directorys",

must to enter authenticate.

how can I pass this page,because I never see this "authenticate", so .

...

It almost sounds like you phone is setup to use a proxy server. If you go to settings -> network configuration -> option 38?

I don't understand.

because I have not proxy server.

so I clear "URL Authentication" context.

I can bypass "login",

when I choose miss call, the context is blank.

how to reslove this problem.
