ip phone didn't see second ccm

For test purpose, I configured IP phone with static IP addressand publisher as the tftp server. However, I can't see second server in the ip phone. I use default call manager group and put bothg server in it. I have restrted the servers and ip phone couple times. No luck. Any help is appriciated.

Are you sure the Default Call Manager Group is setup correctly? Did you click the CM Group on the left pane, then assign both CMs to the group?

Also, try navigating the IP phone's Network Config menu, scroll to near the bottom and select "Erase Configuration". The reboot the phone and set the IP address and TFTP address again.

Are you sure that the tftp is sucessful. If not the phone will boot off the last usable config.

Verify that the tftp service is running on the publisher.
