After upgrading Call Manager to 4.2(3)SR3. and phone load to SCCP70.8-3-3S. Whenever a user uses the directory button, it never timeouts and returns back to the normal phone display it just sits there until you manually exit (this use to work prior to the upgrade). I look through the forums and and call manager settings and have not figured out how to re-enable/fix this feature, any insight it this issue would be greatly appreciated.
