Managers in our group have their primary line roll to a secondary line on their phone, when their first line is in use. The question, when they are on their first line and another call comes in, it rolls to their secondary line, however, they are unable to see who is calling. Is there a way to change that so when the user is on their primary line, any other calls that come in will display on the screen?
I have not found a way to do this :) Give this a try for an experiment, (we do this for some users). Remove the 2nd Line and change the Busy Trigger to 2(via Phone config > DN config). The Manager can still take 2 calls and the second call will show full CLID.

Thank you for your response! Most of our users are set up the way you explained above. We cannot set up the managers this way because if the admin picks up the call on her phone and puts it on hold then the manager cannot get the call back. Back to the drawing board! : )
