I love the 3002 hardware client but unless you can low end router like the 800 series or one of the SOHO lines. As long as it can do a tunnel back to the central site and perform QoS then that would be the best and least expensive bet. True, you cannot get QoS over the public Internet unles you have some of the new, higher end services but using a cable modem I have found that with QoS enabled on te router you can get users up to a fairly high satifaction rate. One thing is to always temper their expectations. It will work very good most of the time but will not work well occasioanly. 90-95 percent of the time it will be great but you must realize that you are at the mercy of the ISP and your neighbors as well being on a cable modem. my 2 cents
