I have a 7960 IP phone that seems to be working properly. However when the user tries to choose a unique ring tone they only have the option to choose Chirp. All other functions work properly and other phones in the same office can choose different ring tones. Could this be a bad phone or something else.
We do have the same problem occasionally and even sometimes the tunes are displayed as ringxx from 01 to whatever as if it were the real names. It happens on some phones and not on others. I would like to know why too !
