hi,
We are facing wrong number problem in our VOIP phone number network. When I am dialing one number call is landing on some another number, and only to that number. Rest of the VOIP network is working ok. In our Cisco Call Manager ( 3.3) it is showing both the phones with proper IP address assigned to them. Can I know that if that particular phone instrument has forwarded the calls , from Cisco Call manager ?
Thanks in advance

Go to the CCMAdmin web page, then Device --> Phone, search for the DN that you are calling and check the Call Forward rules.
If everything is ok there then you could take a CCM detailed trace to see what is going on with the call, perhaps you are hitting a Translation Pattern.
