IP Phone Problem

I have IP Telephony system with CCM 4.1.

One of the IP phones every period of time it resets, and a message appears on it's screen saying "Configuring...". This message keeps for about one hour, and then it re-registers to CCM.

I tried to reset the firmware of the phone, but the problem still exist. I don't know how to fix this.

I had the same problem. I reset the phone to factory default and upgraded the firmware.
