Has anyone setup IP Phone Productivity Services. We want to be able to allow users to synch outlook contacts from there exchange accounts with personal directories on 7940 and 7960 phones. The CM plugin sych tool only works with outlook in Internet only mode not corporate/work group mode (synchs windows address book not exchange contacts).
I have pulled down the admin guides for the above, but it seems to deal mainly with exchange 2000 integration. We are using CM3.1.3a and exchange 5.5 with unity 3.1.5. IP PPS seems to have the function to synch exchange contacts with personal address books, but have had no success in setting this up yet.
We have IMS setup on one of our exchange boxes, but the unity box is setup to work with an exchange site in the same organisation not runing the IMS.
Any help greatly received.
