IP phone random reset


I have a customer who is experiencing a problem with two IP phones rebooting randomly. Both these phones are associated with Attendant console users so I'm wondering if there is some connection.

They are running CCM 3.3.3 sr1 on a 7750 spe.

Attendant Console version is 1.2.1.

I've checked all the switch ports between the users and the call manager and there are no significant port errors being logged.

Here is a snippet from a trace log showing one of the phones loosing it's connection and resetting.

Are there any issues with attendant console that might cause this?

There is a bug in the phone load that comes with 3.3(3)sr1. Upgrade to phone load 5.0(3), or 3.3(3)sr2.
