IP PHONE RESET ISSUE

Dear pros,

could you help on the below issue

When I try to reset the phone using the callmanager administration web page ip phone does not get reset

what could be the problem

ccm 4.1.3 running

Does the phone show registered to a subscriber in CCMadmin? If so, check the ports that you have open to communicate to CCM on the network.

where can i check the port?

What cmd should i use?

in the pc prompt c: netstat -n ?

From the switch or router enable mode:

switch# sho access-lists

will display the access lists for the switch

switch# sho ip interface

will display where the access lists are applied on the interfaces.

Check whether the ports CCM uses to communicate with the phones are blocked by an access list in any switch or router between the phone and the cluster. Remove any statements that block the communication on ports or interfaces used in the path.

i am shahid from kuwait.i have sipura anlog telephone adepter, model: SPA-2002 , MAC : 000E08FAC5EA and serial :88012HA14870. i forget my admin password.i can not broken that Admin password. i tried by useing ****73738# command to break it. but not break. please kindly help me about it. inform me how can i break it.

Looks like you already tried the reset procedure, so I would call the support line for assistance if the above references will not resolve the issue.
