IP Phone service and SQL server

I'm trying to develop a ASP service that collect parameters from input form and process through SQL then reply to IP Phone the searching results contains the name and phone no. of user. But i got error message : "HTTP Error 500" in my IP Phone.

The result is under xml format : <CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>...<Name>...<Telephone>...</CiscoIPPhoneDirectory>

Have u ever met this kind of error ? would you help me !? thanks alot !

HTTP 500 = internal server error = your app crashed somewhere.

There's no need to access the app from the phone.. for testing purposes, just call the asp page from your webbrowser and fix the errors as you encounter them.. then when everything is working out, you go back to the phone.
