IP Phone Service Trouble after Upgrad

Remote users (behind PIX 501) are unable to access the getservicesmenu.asp page. However, a PC in the same subnet, same dns, etc behind the firewall has no troubles accessin the url. This was working in CM 3.3(2) but no after upgrade to CM 3.3(3). I have attached a sniffer and you can see the request get sent to CM, CM ACKs, and then instead of displaying the page, the phone sends another request. Thoughts?

If you throw the same phone behind the firewall you do not see the request at all. PC behind the firewall has no problems, very bizarre.
