It's allowed to change the world icon that appears when i assign a phone services to a button??, and if is possible, how i can do it??. I use CCM 4.1(2) and a 7970 phone

I'm afraid you have no means of influencing these icons at all and there are no plans to change that the last time I asked cisco.
