IP Phone Services

I have around 2000 users on two clusters. They were all created and then the customer is requesting that we add the "My Fast Dials" service to each. Does anyone know of a good way to do this?

BAT is not an option because the controlled devices portion of this clients buildout is almost as immense as the services configuration.

I have located the SQL tables where all of the service/services info is kept, but I do not know the pkid hashing for CCM.

Any constructive suggestions are appreciated.

Is there a backend script that can be run?
