Many vendors have software features in addition to their phone solution, so one can see calls coming on the phone and double click to pick up the phone and caller ID on their desktop etc, etc.
Does Cisco or any 3rd party vendor have an application that will support similar features on the CallManager? I know the softphone will work, but I'm not looking for a phone replacement, just an addition to.

Attendant Console provides this functionality. It is mainly intended for receptionist duties, but could be installed other places as well. There is a limit of 500 attendant consoles per cluster.
